About the project.

Enova was a company dedicated to education in rural Mexico. They developed software to provide education to lower and marginalized communities, primarily skills around English, computer science, math, and robotics. We helped them visualize these services to move away from just offering them to the government.

We discovered the most relevant value proposition of the company which was to create custom solutions that were highly replicable and applicable.

  • The project was to redo their website and messaging, but behind it all, was to rediscover what exactly they were promoting as a company and what was missing from their storytelling to ensure growth and possibilities outside of their government clientele.

  • Enova was a company (closed in early 2020 during the pandemic) focused on designing tools for skills-based education as a service for the Mexican government. Beyond this, they were creating SaaS products that could reach more clients but this was being left out of their storytelling, selling presentations, and overall positioning in the market.

    With our help they were able to understand where their value proposition was and what products ad services could be highlighted in their storytelling.
